These Awards provide the foundation for high quality gymnastics and cover the teaching of many core gymnastics skills. The Awards have been designed by professionals from the sport of gymnastics and the world of education for use in gym clubs, schools and leisure centres and are widely used.

Information booklet
The booklet contains essential advice on gymnastics vocabulary, organising sessions, warm up and cool down, adaptations for disability groups, safety and use of apparatus.
Activities chart
An activities wall chart (A3 size) cprovides an overview of all 10 activities at each of the 8 levels and how they can be taught progressively.
Wall charts
8 wall charts (A3 size) show all 10 of the activities at each of the 8 levels.
Work cards
40 illustrated and laminated work cards (A4 size) incorporating teaching points, progressive steps in learning and advice on safety, support, preparation and assessment.
DVD
A DVD demonstrates every skill/activity at each level and highlights important teaching points. The DVD allows the teacher to view the scheme by Award Level or Category and provides footage of both front and side views. The DVD can be used with Dartfish, a video analysis tool to compare your gymnast side by side to the reference clips. Dartfish also allows you to capture your own footage and provide immediate visual feedback.
Achievement Charts
Group and personal achievement charts, printable from the DVD, providing the
coach / teacher with the means to record group or class progress and the gymnast the means to monitor personal progress.
