Orders
How do I place an order?
We are an online business and all orders are placed via our website. When you order online you get direct access to our dynamic range of products, competitive prices and expedient delivery service.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You should receive an automatic order confirmation once we receive your order. Please keep a copy of this as it will be useful should you need to contact us regarding your order.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).
How much do I need to order?
There is no minimum order value. Nearly all our products are sold individually, where we sell in pack quantities this will be clearly stated and for these products, the minimum order is a single pack.
Can I get better prices for larger quantities?
As delivery and fulfilment are quantity-sensitive costs, for most of the resources we have ben able to show bulk discounts and reduce the sale price. You will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price.
Can I open an account?
Yes - we ask all customers to create an online account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. We will never share any of your details with third parties.

Payment & invoices
I am making a purchase for a business, can I open a credit account?
No. At YSTdirect we accept a wide variety of payment methods, including debit/credit cards, cheque or BACS - however we require payment prior to despatching any goods. If you opt to pay by cheque or BACS, you will automatically be presented with a printable pro-forma invoice at the end of the order process. The only exception we make is for Schools and Colleges who we will invoice on being given an order or requisition request.
I am making a purchase for a school, can I open a credit account?
Schools can place orders on YSTdirect and so long as we have an order number or official requisition we shall dispatch goods and invoice the school. Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
When do I pay?
For all orders except those from schools, we require payment prior to dispatching the goods. For credit or debit card payments, you will be asked to enter your card details as you checkout. Your card will only be debited after we have checked stocks and despatched your goods.
How will I receive an invoice?
We will attach the invoice to your goods. Also you will be automatically emailed an "order confirmation" after you finish placing your order.
Can I get a copy of an invoice for a past order?
An invoice will be emailed to you, and a paper copy will be attached to your delivery. However if you need a further copy invoice please contact our sales team directly at YSTdirect@youthsporttrust.org

Delivery & returns
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs have been included in teh price of resources. If your order is only for resources (e.e. TOP Programmes) then you will not be charged for delivery. When ordering equipment, there is a delivery charge of £8.50 if you order up to £300 worth of equipment. Orders containing over £300 worth of equipment will be carriage free.
Who will deliver my order?
We will choose the most cost-effective delivery route in fulfiling your order. For small orders this will often be Royal Mail - but for larger orders our carrier will be best.
Can I collect my order?
YSTdirect is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However it is not possible for you to collect orders directly from our warehouses.
Can I get a timed delivery?
Unfortunately this facility does not exist. If you are not present when the first attempt is made to deliver, a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Security & privacy
Is YSTdirect secure?
Buying online is proving to be more secure than shopping in traditional stores or over the telephone. We have taken steps to ensure that YSTdirect is secure for you. All payment transactions are carried out over an SSL 128-bit encrypted secure connection. We do this using the latest industry standard technology. The padlock symbol (at the bottom of your browser window) confirms this level of encryption. If you click on this, you will see our secure certificate, meaning that your data is visible only to us.
How are my delivery details stored?
When you register you will be asked to enter your details online, here you can save your delivery address to save time when placing future orders. They are stored on our secure database, and we do not disclose them to any third parties. Click here to see our privacy policy.
Does YSTdirect keep records of card details?
No. All credit card details are automatically and securely transmitted and deleted once processed. YSTdirect does not hold any credit card or other payment details of our customers.

Who are we?
YSTdirect.org is the online shop of Youth Sport Trust (registered charity 1086915) - operated by TOP Goods Ltd (registered in England & Wales: 3289889) who act as the trading arm of Youth Sport Trust. Any profit achieved through sale of goods via YSTdirect are fed back into YST to support our core work.
