This resource is designed to support the delivery of Health-Related Exercise (HRE) at Key Stage 4. The content is consistent with the HRE requirements of the Physical Education National Curriculum for England and Wales and addresses related requirements from the Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) curriculum. The resource can also be used to support the delivery of GCSE Physical Education and to highlight and reinforce aspects of the Science National Curriculum.
