The Foundation and Key Stage 1 Participation Awards have been developed by the Youth Sport Trust in conjunction the British Heart Foundation and a selection of school sport partnerships.
The awards recognise the amount of physical activity undertaken by each pupil through a full week, both in and out of school and early years establishments. Stickers and certificates are presented for achievements over a six-week period.
Each consumable pack contains:
30 diaries
30 sets of stickers
30 certificates
